Baking Frenzy!

February has been a month of baking. It all started when I wanted to bake some treats as a token of gratitude for my co-workers (I was resigning as a CNA to work as a TA; blogpost about career change TBA). But then, Valentine’s Day was coming up and I decided to bake treats for my family and bf too. Oh my, that was A LOT of baking! So without further ado, here are some snippets for what I baked. Recipes are courtesy of Laura Vitale (I’m seriously too obsessed with her recipes!).

Giant Chocolate White Chocolate Chip Cookies

They are as big as my hands, and I don’t have petite hands…

Chunky Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookies

Chocolate Crinkle Cookies. These are good for those who like subtly sweet treats; they also go well with tea/coffee.

Italian Pound Cake; Banana Walnut Muffin. The packaging was inspired by pinterest hehe.

And one more thing. This is random, but I have to make a plug for m&m’s because they brought back “Crispy m&m’s”! I haven’t had these since I was 12! Ever since then, they disappeared. I hope they’re here to stay.
